This is my amazing husband McClain. We met in 2012 at our place of employment, Chick Fil A. We fell in love over nuggets and Chick Fil A sauce and the rest is history. No, not really, but I love Chick Fil A nuggets and sauce almost as much as I love him. We have been together for three years and have been married for one.

He is the most thoughtful, kind and caring person I’ve ever met. He also happens to be the funniest person that I know. He loves Jesus with his whole self and loves to invite people to church with us. He loves Elvis Presley and Celine Dion and can make a mean chicken parm. He loves weekend trips. Whether it’s a day trip to Vegas or a weekend at the cabin in Bear Lake the guy can’t stay in one place for too long. He is also a fan of Star Wars, particularly anything to do with the Millennium Falcon.

We share a mutual love for everything Disney and Disneyland is our one true happy place. We love walking aimlessly around Target and shopping for our little apartment. We spoil our cats way too much, and even though I was the one who wanted them he loves them and treats them like children… Most of the time we would rather stay at home to watch movies and play games than go out. He cooks and I clean and it all works out fine. He’s squeamish and I’m good with anything gross as long as it’s not vomit. He’s the calm to my storm and I would trade him for anything.
